This site is run by Tradewell Commerce Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 00000000, registered office Suite R001, 195–197 Wood Street, London E17 3NU, United Kingdom. Findentials is a trading name of Tradewell Commerce Ltd.

Ordering
• You must be 18 or over. We sell to consumers, not for resale.
• We deliver to the UK, US and Canada only.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The contract starts when we email to say your order has shipped. If we can’t accept it, we’ll tell you and refund in full.
• We may refuse orders that look fraudulent or intended for resale.
Prices
Prices are set in pounds sterling and may display in your local currency at our payment provider’s rate. Your bank may add its own fee.
Delivery is charged separately and shown in your basket before you pay. Import duty on US and Canadian orders is separate again and not included — see our Shipping Policy.
If something is listed at an obviously wrong price by mistake, we’ll contact you rather than fulfil it. You can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Products
We describe everything as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens and packaging may differ from photos. Please read safety information and age grading on baby and child products.
Payment
Taken when you order. Your statement will show FINDENTIALS. If your payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Using this site
Don’t copy our text or photos, scrape the site, try to break into it, or post reviews that aren’t your honest experience. We may remove content that breaks these rules — but we don’t edit, pay for or fake reviews, and we don’t delete one for being negative.
If you post a review, you’re giving us permission to display it.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us at support@findentials.com if someone else gets access. We may close accounts used fraudulently.
Our liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says can’t be limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Otherwise: we’re responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses — these products are for personal use.
We can’t guarantee the site is always available or error-free.
Things outside our control
We’re not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, carrier failure, customs, or supplier collapse. We’ll tell you if it affects your order, and you can cancel for a full refund if the delay is substantial.
Legal
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you’re in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can use your own courts. If you’re in the US or Canada, your state or provincial consumer laws still apply and you can use your local courts.
We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still stands.
